| Short Bio |
Andrea is a health care professional with over nineteen years of managed care quality, medical management and case management experience. She received her nursing degree from St. Marys College and her undergraduate business degree from Sterling Presbyterian College. She obtained her master degree in Health Management and MBA from Lindenwood University.
Andrea is also a Certified Case Manager, a Certified Professional in Utilization Review, a Certified Managed Care Nurse and a Medical Legal Consultant. She was also named in Whos Who in Medicine and Healthcare for the 1997/1998 year. Andrea is actively involved in speaking to both physicians and health care majors about the impact of quality on managed care. Andrea is the founder and CEO of A. Frazier and Associates, LLC, an independent management company dedicated to case management and utilization review services. She is an adjunct faculty member of Lindenwood University, and Washington University School of Health Administration where she teaches Quality Improvement, Health Management, and Health Care Legal Issues and Organizational Behavior to graduate and undergraduate students.
Andrea also serves as a board member on the Family Resource Center of St. Louis, a non-for profit organization that is dedicated to the treatment and prevention of child abuse and neglect and the St. Louis Alzheimers Association. She is the proud mother of three children and eight grandchildren. Andrea has been a resident of the St. Louis area for twenty-nine years.
